What are the Production Times and Shipping Policies?

Production Times:
-Most physical products ship within 3-5 business days.

Shipping Policies:
-Delivery/Arrival dates provided by Etsy are estimates. LR does not guarantee delivery dates. Refunds will not be provided if a package is late.
-LR is not responsible for any package after tracked as "Delivered".
-A package returned for an incorrect address will be reshipped at the buyer's expense.
-LR is not responsible for a lost package if asked to change the shipping address after an order is placed.
-Due to an influx of scammers, as of 10/2/23 LR will no longer edit shipping addresses. If you entered an incorrect shipping address at checkout, I will cancel your order and you can repurchase using the correct address.

How do I receive my order as quickly as possible?

1. Order well in advance of when it is needed.
2. Upgrade your shipping method at checkout.*
3. Speed up the production time by purchasing our RUSH ORDER listing (when available).
4. Respond quickly to any questions we may have about your order, including proof revisions. Turn on Etsy Message Notifications so you are alerted when a message has been sent to you. Not responding in a timely matter may delay your order.

*Please note that upgrading the shipping method does not speed up the production time.

There was an error on my order, can I get a replacement?

-A photo of the error must be sent to LR within 48 hours of tracked delivery.
-A replacement will be sent if it is found that LR did make an error and the final product is different than what was on the approved proof.
-Please note: For buyers agreeing to our Proof Policies, LR is not responsible for any errors in the final product if no feedback is received. Any remakes/shipping will be at the buyer’s expense.

What are the Proof Policies?

-Proofs are sent 24-36 business hours after order placement. Monday-Friday, no weekends/holidays.
-Proofs are sent only through Etsy Messages. Receive Message Alerts by turning on your Etsy Notifications. Proofs are not sent through direct email.
-Up to 3 proofs per order.
-If no feedback has been received after 3 business days, your proof will be automatically approved and your order shipped exactly as on the proof. If you would like a proof, responding quickly to questions is the best way to avoid delays.
-LR makes every effort to eliminate mistakes in our production process, but oversights and omissions do occur. By purchasing from LR, you have the final responsibility to review the proof to ensure that there are no errors.

How do I submit an image/photo for my order?

-Please send an Etsy Message with your image(s) attached. Include the order # and image.
-Send as large of a digital file as possible for the best quality print (300 dpi is best). Do not crop the image prior to sending. If your photo is dark, it will print dark. Bright colors work best. LR is not responsible for low quality images printing blurry.
-By submitting any digital material (photos/images) to LR, you represent and warrant that you own and possess all rights to that material. If you do send us material that doesn't belong to you and LR is sued, you will be responsible for all related costs.

How may I use a digital image/download?

-Digital images are for personal use only.
-You may not share, resell or redistribute my products.
-You may not claim my products (or its modification) as your own copyrighted work.
-You may not resell the original files, redistribute or use as freebies.
-You may have to unzip the files prior to sending to your printer.
-The frames in the listing images are not included. No physical item will be shipped to you.

Do you offer discounts?

-We do offer volume discounts of $250 or more - all items must be identical. Please contact us about this special pricing for your project.
-Coupons and sale prices can not be stacked. Etsy will apply the higher value.

What are your business hours and other important shop policies?
