Lilygrace Originals

Lilygrace Originals is named after my grandmother who was called Lily Grace.

I have always loved jewellery and hope one day to make a living from my jewellery making.
I started on Etsy making gemstone and wire jewellery. I realised that in such a saturated market I needed to develop a more distinctive and personal style.
I work very hard to develop my jewellery and constantly experiment with new techniques
I love to mix different media, influenced by the jewellery of Miriam Haskell and am inspired by strong female icons such as Frida Kahlo.
Another of my influences is the playful surrealism of Elsa Schaiparelli.

I am very happy to work with customers to make something unique and special

When not obsessively making jewellery, I work at a charitable nursery for deprived two year olds and have two grown up children and have one dog, one cat, one canary, three fish and and a vintage Eriba Puck caravan. I love cooking, gardening and music

I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
I will refund your money (upon receipt of the undamaged returned item), in the unlikely event that you are not delighted with your purchase.
Please contact me within 10 working days of receiving your item if you are not satisfied.
I can not refund your postal costs for returning the item tho', sorry!
My payment methods are PayPal or Credit/Debit card through Etsy Checkout.

Be aware that if you use an eCheque to make your PayPal payment, they take 7 - 9 working days to clear and this will delay the despatch of your item.

I always try my very best to post your goodies within 3 days of your payment clearing.
Please note: payments by Etsy Direct Checkout take several days to clear
If there is going to be any delay, I will keep you fully informed.
I usually recycle (clean) packaging, I hope that's OK with you.
If you would prefer to receive your purchase in new packaging, please let me know asap.

Please note: if you want extra reassurance, I can send by RMSD (in the UK) at an additional cost of $9, this also guarantees next day delivery.
Otherwise, I will mail by 1st Class Recorded.
For the rest of the world, I can send either by the International Signed For service at an additional cost of $8 on top of the Airmail charge,
or by Airsure for an additional charge of $10 on top of the Airmail charge
If you wish to use one of these services, please contact me for a revised invoice before sending your payment.

Your goodies are coming to you from a non smoking household.
I do have animals, but they are not allowed in my garden studio.

I pack my goodies very safely and post items as fast as humanly possible.
I do work full-time, so sometimes I may have a delay.
I will always keep you informed about your purchase, if there is likely to be a delay, I will let you know straight away by Etsy convo.
