IMPORTANT UPDATE 1 march 2020 - PROTECT ID TAG
Please be advised from March 1,2020 all our dresses will be with PROTECT ID TAGS ONLY!
The PROTECT ID Tag was created to protect retailers and online sellers in the offline world. It works simply by looping a durable security tag through merchandise. IF you cut it off there is no way it can be attached back in original condition, so please be advised all returns can be accepted with ID TAG on ONLY! We check them on the dress BEFORE issuing a refund!

VAT import taxes for Germany, UK, Ireland
As of January 1, 2021, DHL collects VAT from buyers on orders that meet the following criteria:
The buyer is located in the UK, Ireland or Germany.*
The goods are dispatched from outside the UK, Ireland or Germany.
The total value of the package (excluding delivery) is over £135 or 160 USD.
This is not the seller's responsibility and the buyer will be charged additionally by the shipping company DHL upon receiving.
How should I choose the correct size? How should I measure myself?
For most dresses, the bust is the most important measurement. Measure around the fullest part of the bust. Choose the size that corresponds with your bust measurement. If your waist and or hips are more than 3-4 inches larger than the corresponding size for your bust, you may need a custom size.
Make certain to wear the appropriate support garments when measuring.

- Please allow 3-4 cm (1.2-1.6'') differs in the bust due to manual measurement.
- Please note that monitors displays (on the PC, tablet or phone) colors differently and the color of an item may vary slightly from the above images.

Right away after order each customer receive automatic message from Etsy and from us, asking to confirm the size you picked. Each brand has their own size chart, same as we are. There is no standard size chart exist.
Can I receive my order with stains or defective issues?
When product is ready I inspect it with 3-step check points:
1. Check function of closures, buttons, zippers and other accessories
2. Packaging inspection
3. Visual inspection for quality defects
These 3 steps to garment inspection convey the essential basics of quality control inspection for my Etsy shop.
That's why you cannot complaint on this, sending broken or dirty dresses is not about my reputation.
What about returns and exchanges?
MADE BY OUR SIZE CHART
We do not accept returns/ exchanges. In some exceptional cases, if so dress must be with PROTECT ID TAGS ONLY!
If the item will arrive to us with an ID protect TAG as it comes originally, the refund will be issued right away after checking it.
CUSTOM SIZED or CUSTOM MADE
All our items which were made by your measurements are custom made and that’s why they CANNOT be returned or exchanged.

Is there any terms for returns or exchanges?
In some exceptional cases, If we confirmed exchange or return please read carefully our rules for return/exchange conditions:
- The item should be mail back in 1-7 business days after return was confirmed
- Item(s) must be returned/exchange in the condition they were originally received in with a ID PROTECT TAG on it.
- You will be issued a refund after we will get the item and make sure it has a TAG on it and it is in good, unworn condition: new, non-laundered and unworn/unused.
There is no returns in 30 days or more after you received your order.

We issue a refund ONLY after we checked the item original condition and with PROTECT ID TAG ONLY placed as it was originally!
