Lily's Flower Supply

Lily's Flower Supply is a continuation of a flower shop that I founded and opened in 2010 in my local small town. Lily's Flowers sold fresh flowers as well as silk arrangements. After I had my two daughters, I decided to sell my flower shop business to be able to spend more time with them.
Lily's Flower Supply was started in 2013. My daughters inspired me to start making beautiful headbands for them, as a result I started making and selling headbands locally. After searching and buying endless supplies, Lily's Flower Supply was created to help mom's like me find all of the necessary crafting goodies in one place at great prices.

Shipping
Shipping charges include packaging, handling, and shipping. We can not offer refunds for shipping overages. If you are planning to place a big order and feel that shipping charge is too much, feel free to contact us so we can set up a reserved listing with a better shipping charge.

We ship orders on a daily basis Monday through Saturday. We are located in the Eastern Standard Time, please keep that in mind when placing orders. If orders come in before 12 p.m. eastern standard time we will make every attempt to ship the same day.

Once a packaging label has been printed, you will receive an email notifying you that the order has been shipped.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged products by USPS, but we will attempt to make all effort to find your package. It is a buyer's responsibility to contact USPS first if a package is lost.

International shipments are shipped via USPS service. Customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. International packages will NOT have tracking numbers.
