Karen was absolutely incredible. I sent her a picture and we collaborated on the colors as well as expectations. I mentioned to her that I had an upcoming trip and she was able to get the tags to me a week before my trip! Absolutely love the customer service and product!

I loved the tags I received! Karen is very communicative and she sends the proofs before painting it. I did not have a deadline for my tags but Karen still managed to send finish them so quickly.
