Most vintage clothing benefits from being washed by hand and laid to dry flat, as this will ensure they last you a long time. However, cotton, denim, and some knitwear can be washed in the washing machine. If you're not sure about how to care for an item see if you have a similar piece in your wardrobe and read the care instructions on the tag. Or message me and I will be happy to chat to you! :)

My sizes are vintage and do not follow the standard sizes of Europe, USA, UK or Australia. Measurements are provided in the description of each product. All items are measured in inches with estimated modern sizing. I recommend that you choose the right size by measuring yourself in cm or inches. Due to the nature of the age of the item, style, and fabric some items may have more wiggle room. Please base your size on the measurements listed, if you need help to ensure the perfect fit please message directly, I am more than happy to help. *Estimated modern sizing is an estimation, all measurements are taken laying flat and doubled.💜

All gift wrapped orders are shipped in solid brown paper, and any order marked as a gift will also have a bow tied four ways and card attached free of charge. You can leave a personalized gift message on the order screen, which we will write by hand and attach to your package. For other special requests, just send us a message.

Unfortunately I am not responsible for loss or items broken or damaged by the postal service but it is usually possible to find a solution. Once you sign for a parcel you have accepted that the contents are in good order so please always open your parcel in front of the delivery person, if the item arrives damaged you should get the delivery person to complete a claim certificate form and photograph the damaged package and the damaged item, and open a claim at the local delivery office as soon as possible. It is important you do this or the insurance provided by the postal service will be invalidated and reimbursement will not be made under any circumstances.

We strive for customer satisfaction in all transactions. All sales are final and I don’t accept exchanges or cancellations after 12 hours. Please be careful and ask any specific questions about items before purchasing. I am more than happy to send you additional details and photos if needed. Please be aware that these are vintage pieces. They will show some minor, normal signs of wear. We try to list all of the noticeable flaws in the listings. Returns are only accepted if the item does not match the description and photographs in the listing, if a return is agreed the item must be posted back in it's package by a tracked postage method.

We are a smoke-free home. But I dare say I have an animal and there may be a strand of cat hair on our items. I try so diligently to keep my beloved Simon off any of the items but you can't keep the hair down at all times, as I am still working out of my living room. All items are dated by personal research, I do my best to accurately date items by comps, construction, and makers. The condition of items are second hand or pre-owned and may show signs of age or wear, many have flaws and I do my best to photograph & list details. I do miss a flaw once in a while, please direct message with any concerns or questions on an items condition. Items are hand washed before listing, unless otherwise stated. Products with tags do not go through washing, to preserve their appearance. Nuances are possible in the form of damp smell and dust.

Lead may be found in the paint of either wooden or plastic toys. It was banned in house paint and other products in the United States in 1978. However, it is still widely used in other countries, and can still be found on toys from other countries.

When possible multiple items will be packaged together and any overcharged shipping and handling fees will be refunded. Please be sure to include items in one purchase. All products are cleaned and sanitized before shipment and wrapped with care to ensure safe delivery. We practice recycling and reusing as much as possible, so we ask that you recycle or reuse our packaging as well!
