1. How do I access my digital files?
Once your payment is processed, you can download your files immediately. You’ll also receive an email from Etsy with a download link. If you have trouble finding your downloads, go to Your Account > Purchases & Reviews on Etsy.
2. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Due to the digital nature of my products, all sales are final, and I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you experience any issues with your files, please message me—I’m happy to help!
3. Can I use these files for commercial purposes?
✔ SVG Files: Allowed for small business commercial use (e.g., physical products like t-shirts, mugs, signs).
❌ Canva templates for weddings and birthdays, printables, stickers, overlays, and other digital products: Personal use only—they may not be resold, shared, or used commercially, including the downloaded pdf file and the link(s) it contains.
Refer to License File and Guidelines Document after your purchase and check out the Privacy Policy section of this store.
4. Do I need a Canva Pro account to edit templates?
No! All my Canva templates work with Canva's free version—no subscription needed.
5. Can I edit the Canva templates on my phone?
Yes, Canva templates can be edited on a phone, tablet, or computer. However, for the best experience and more advanced customization options, I recommend using a laptop or desktop.
6. Do you take custom orders?
At this time, I do not offer custom designs. However, I’m always working on new products—check back often for fresh designs!
7. What should I do if I have trouble with my download?
If you have any issues downloading your files, try these steps:
Check your Etsy account under Purchases & Reviews
Make sure you're logged into the correct Etsy account (downloads won’t appear for guest checkouts)
Try using a different browser or device
8. Where can I print my digital files?
You can print your digital designs at home since I designed them for this purpose, but you can also print them at a local print shop, or use an online printing service. Since I do not currently partner with any specific print shop, I recommend you to check with your preferred printing provider for the best results. Don't forget to do some test prints before printing in bulk.
9. What should I do if I have a complaint about a product?
I strive to provide high-quality digital files, but if you experience any issues, please send me a message on Etsy. I will do my best to resolve any concerns and ensure you have a positive experience!
