Hello and welcome to LinaNstitch!

Everything in my shop is handmade by me! All the items are ready to ship -unless otherwise stated in each item description-

I can customise for you each and every item i have listed!
So if you desire a different colour or material all you need to do is

The customised item will be made and ready to be shipped within ONE DAY so don't hesitate to ask for tweaks acording to your personal taste!!

All the items are created in a clean, smoke free and pet free environment.

Payment
I accept your payments through PayPal!

You can pay via PayPal even if you don't have a PayPal account using your credit or debit card.

Please submit your payment within 2-3 days. I ship only when the payment has appeared in my paypal account and no sooner.

If you don't submit your payment within a week i will message you and if not otherwise agreed between both parties i will cancel the transaction.
Shipping
Your order will be shipped within 1 business day. I ship all orders from Greece and i do ship internationally.

Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless there is an announcement in my shop that offers a discount or free shipping!

Import taxes and custom fees are the responsibility of the customer but do note that within the E.U. there are none (unless there is a different policy within your country)

For any security upgrades from my postal service please contact me and i will inform you accordingly as soon as possible.

In the extreme case that an item doesn't arrive to the customer, i will refund the money paid for the item minus shipping. If however the item was not delivered because the customer gave a wrong address etc, there will be no refunds.

Refunds and Exchanges
I accept returns only after the customer contacts me and explains the situation.

A return cannot be accepted if more than 15 days have passed since your ordered was shipped. If for some reason there has been a delay from the postal service which can be proven, i will grant you an extra 5 days for returning the item.

If you wish for a refund:

I will check the item you have sent back and give you a refund of the full price. However if the item you have returned is not intact a refund will not be submited.

Shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Items that are on sale cannot be returned.


If you wish for an exchange:
You will only pay the difference between the two items. Shipping will be the custtomer's responsibility but reduced by 20%.

So for your convenience, please read each item's description carefully and always contact me for any questions you may have regarding each item.
I will respond to you as soon as possible. That way you will be completely satisfied with your order, which is my main concern.
