Exactly as pictured with a hand written note from Linda. It is very beautiful and I already love it. I really feel that it has enhanced my experiences in wonderful ways. The 20 inch chain put the stone directly on my thymus which is cool as I read that it should be in-between the thymus and heart chakra. Also I'm a big guy so it would be exactly right if you aren't a giant. It has a cool inclusion in the middle representing the fire element with steam. It's so clear and pretty I already forgot it at the gym because it was almost invisible in my locker. But once I got back it was still waiting for me. Love that it is a reasonable price and awesome quality.
