I love you dolls. It took me a while to decide on one. She tends to be protective of the little dolls on her lap. Faces are beautiful. You capture the adult face. Thank you, Kathleen

Welcome to LindaMarieStudio, my world of dolls, wood carved flowers, art prints, jewelry, quilts, wall hangings and such. All of my creations, which range from cloth, paper, wood, yarn, paint, and recycled fabric and objects, are made with lots of love.

All of my dolls, or "girls" & "gents", are made from recycled, found, or new fabric and materials. They are "one of a kind", hand signed and dated. Their faces are hand embroidered with cotton, silk threads or floss. I generally create as I go, and one of my favorite things is watching them come to life.
They may represent a journey into your imagination or a connection to your childhood revisited. They may be whimsical, inspirational, or just a comforting step into your imagination. Be set free with a new found friend.

I try to be as Environmentally Friendly as I can with my Wood and Nature Items. I use what others may consider scrap, and try to design a product that one would be pleased to enjoy or wear. I harvest most of the materials from my property or scrap that has been given to me by friends. This allows me the opportunity to make something from the world around me with minor impact on the planet.

All of my wood flowers are hand carved by me from wood that I harvest from my property. This is a time consuming, yet fulfilling art form. Some of the flowers are painted, while others are left in their natural wood color.

Some of the other items I create are origami earrings, quilted wall hangings, prints of my original artwork, knitted items, ornaments, and such.

I hope you enjoy your shopping experience. Questions are always welcome. Thanks for visiting, please come again.
