★ Except for custom orders everything is ready to ship and will be send to you the same or the next business day.
★ All items are handmade in a smoke free / pet free environment.
★ I accept PayPal as I find this the safest way to pay online.
★ You can also pay with Direct Checkout if this is available in your country.
★ This shop also accepts Etsy Giftcard!
★ You don’t need your own PayPal account to use the service, you can use your credit card to pay.

★ In case of non payment I will send you a convo. If you do not respond within 3 days the item goes back for sale.
★ You can cancel your transaction before the item is shipped. Once it’s shipped, you can ask for refund after returning the item (read more in Refund Policy).
★ If you’re not able to pay with one of these methodes please send me a note and we’ll work something out!
★ Upon receiving notification of payment your item will be shipped to you within 1-2 working days, but usually the same day. The listing description will have an accurate processing time.
★ I ship from The Netherlands, Europe.
★ All of my items are carefully packaged and sent in a bubble mailer envelope. I have tried to ship in the most economical way possible.
★ I take the adress Etsy provides. And… please, please get your address right. Sounds crazy but it happens. I cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses, sorry. Please let me know if you like me to ship to another address!
★ If you’d like me to send your items to an other adress (gift), please tell me in the message to seller.
★ Delivery times:
Netherlands - usually within 24 hours to 48 hours.
USA - usually takes 1 week.
Canada - usually takes 1 week.
Australia - usually 6 to 9 days.
Europe - usually takes 1 week.
Everywhere else - 1 to 2 weeks.
Most of the times it arrives quicker, BUT for international orders (usually outside of EU) there may be customs fees on top of shipping costs. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility, please check your country’s import regulations before buying. Custom checking also can cause the delays up to 6 weeks. It rarely happens, but of course I can not guarantee, that your item is not held by customs for random inspection.
★ Christmas orders (During Mid November-December): Shipping is always crazy during the Holiday season. To ensure timely delivery for Christmas I recommend that international buyers purchase track and trace along with their order. I can’t guarantee that your item will arrive on time if you send it after the advised shipping data. In October I will add the save shipping data for the upcomming holiday season.
★ Combined shipping: I have to pay for the weight that’s shipped. More things = more weight = more for shipping. Not less, sorry, but I do give a little discount anyway.
BUT If you buy 3 or more journals, it gets a bit cheaper. I will of course refund if you have paid to much for shipping.
★ There is an option for track and trace. Normally I send without it, so please buy the option or send me a message before you buy anything.
Refunds and Exchanges
★ I love all the books I make and hope you love them as well. If you receive it and decide you do not love it I’ll offer you a refund for the price of the item if you send the item back to me unused and undamaged within 14 days upon receipt, provided you contacted me about your intention beforehand. It will need to arrive to me safely so please be careful when considering packaging. Return shipping is your responsibility. The cost of the return shipping is non-refundable. You can contact me via the etsy convo or at my email vlindertje235 (at!) hotmail.com. I will try to resolve the problem to your satisfaction. Please send me a note if you are unhappy with the product. I also like to receive notes that let me know that you love the book just as much as I do. :)
★ Your money will be refunded within 14 days upon receiving the proof of return shipping. In the absence of a proof of return shipping, the 14 day refund policy comes into effect upon receiving the undamaged returned item(s).
★ I may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. (such as writing on it etc.)
I will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than—
(a) 14 days after the day I receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which I am informed about your decision to cancel this order.
I will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

★ You’ll receive a refund if the package is lost. It can only be declared lost if the estimated shipping time plus the custom control time of 6 weeks has past. If you don’t receive your items within 3 weeks, please let me know, so I can call the post office for you.
★ You will receive the refund of the shipping costs (free shipping) if a package is delayed. Packages are considered delayed after 6 weeks spent in postal transit.
★ If a package is unclaimed: please check your mailbox regularly, reshipping will incur a handling fee plus a shipping fee. If I contacted you after a package returned and you did not responded within two months, I will consider you do not want the item anymore.
★ Custom orders or personalized items: if you requested any modifications to an item, you can only receive a refund if the item was lost in the mail or such, not for buyer’s remorse, unclaimed package etc. Thank you for understanding.
★ The refund includes the original shipping cost as well as the value of the item. Special shipping costs that were made on request of the customer and / or differ from the standard shipping cost, are non-refundable.
★ If you’d like to get your item replaced, I’ll send the new item to you without any shipping costs.
★ Items cannot be refunded in the event of exceeding the 14 day return policy.

★ Do you make custom orders?
Yes, I do make custom orders! Please ask me via the custom order button or an etsy conversation or at my email vlindertje235 (at!) hotmail.com if you’d like a customized item.
★ Is it a gift!
My items come packaged without an invoice included. I will also happily include a message from you or wrap it up as a gift, just let me know in the “Message to Seller” box. Around Christmas it can be wrapped up in Christmas themed paper if you’d like!
