Payment
If you are new to Etsy and need assistance purchasing an item, please see this helpful guide http://www.etsy.com/help_guide_checkout.php

Only payment through PAYPAL (Credit, Debit, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and Amex cards) is accepted. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can choose the Paypal option and simply use a credit card for payment.

Payment has to be made within 2 days of purchase.

Please make sure your PayPal address and Etsy address are the same to avoid delayed shipping and confusion. If they're not the same, please leave a message in notes to seller upon checkout, specifying which address you would like your order shipped to.

If you would like to reserve an item, I would be happy to accept a reasonable request. I do expect the reserved item to be purchased within the time frame that you requested it be on reserve.
Shipping
Orders are shipped after payment is received.

I normally ship within 2 working days. Shipping is via NZ Post and should take about 1 week to reach addresses locally.

- TAXES, DUTIES + CUSTOMS FEES -

International recipients may be charged all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties and customs fees incurred in your own country are the responsibility of the customer. Tax and duty amount is presented during delivery. Your local post office or carrier will be able to provide you with further information.

If possible please let me know when you receive your items so I can rest assured knowing that they have arrived safely. Feedback is always greatly appreciated.
Refunds and Exchanges
I currently do not do any refunds, but will review it on a case-by-case basis. Please read the item descriptions carefully and ask me any questions you might have BEFORE you make your purchase.
Additional policies and FAQs
Some pieces have been created using previously loved, reclaimed vintage, and other found treasures, so they sometimes come with tarnish, nicks or scratches. But never detracting from the beauty of the piece.

*Jewelry Care*

Do not apply hairspray or perfume while wearing your handmade jewelry. Avoid other cosmetics that may discolor or damage your jewelry.

Jewelry can easily be cleaned with a soft cloth.

Tarnished silver jewelry may be cleaned with a tarnish remover specifically designed for silver jewelry.

Porous stones, pearls, beads, shell, resin, wood, cork, porcelain, glass, rhinestones, fabric and other metals should not be submerged in jewelry cleaner or water, as it could damage the piece.

Your jewelry should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off.
