In order to save time, prints are shipped directly from the printer, so unfortunately, I'm unable to include special packaging or messages if purchased as a gift. There is so much that we learn from raising a puppy to adulthood, and then eventually grieving their loss. Frequently asked questions
Are the art prints shipped flat?
All prints up to size 16x20 are shipped flat. Larger prints over 16x20 will be shipped rolled to ensure a safe delivery. The paper may have a slight curl due to dry climates or drastic changes in humidity, however, this will not affect the archvial quality or the ability to frame the art print.
Do you accept custom orders?
I do take custom orders through Etsy for unframed prints only. Custom piece options can be found on my website.
Can I order a framed print?
Unfortunately, giclee' prints must be protected behind a glass frame and glass is too risky to ship. I've also found that many customers prefer to choose their own frames that better compliment their decor.
I need expedited shipping. Is this possible?
Ground shipping is the default option in my shop, but if you have an urgent delivery date, please contact me prior to ordering and I'd be happy to accommodate!
