In 2002 I fell in love with yoga. It brought me so much peace and inspiration, sparking a desire to express my gratitude through art. That's when I started painting a few watercolor and ink yoga poses. Little did I know that it would lead to a whole series of paintings that still bring joy to people today.

Since then, I've expanded my yoga collection by threefold and incorporate a new series - my Pilates collection. With these illustrations, I sought to showcase the beauty and strength of the human body through the movements Joseph Pilates created.

My nature-inspired illustrations came from the boundless beauty that surrounds me here in the mountains of North Carolina. These nature-inspired artworks invite viewers to reconnect with the wonders of our natural environment.

It's been an incredible journey, and the best part is knowing that my artwork has touched people from all over the world. It's such a rewarding feeling to create something with my own hands and see it bring happiness and inspiration to others. I'm truly grateful for the opportunity to share my art and connect with people through it.
