I will go over your order with you & make sure all communication is clear before I dive into your customized piece (*,** see Custom Orders section below). If you approve the "proof" for your piece, I will get it shipped within 2-3 days upon completion & will therefore be invalid for return or exchange.

If it's a piece that does not need a "proof", & you are completely unsatisfied with your art piece, you may request a new piece. I only ask you return your current, unsatisfactory piece to me with your requested changes along with it.

PayPal is the preferred method of payment.

All packages will be shipped using the United States Postal Service Priority
Shipping or UPS.

I will ship to your PayPal address unless you request otherwise.

Timeline:

Customized pieces can take up to 4-6 weeks to complete, depending on communication & involvement of project(s). Once completed & approved by you (*,**see Custom Order section below), I will ship your customized piece within 2-3 days & expected by you based on your location.
--Custom Maps: 4-6 week process from placed order to ship date
--Custom Calligraphy Prints: 2-3 weeks from placed order to ship date
--Custom Calligraphy Stamps: 2-4 weeks from placed order to ship date

All other non-customizable orders will be shipped within 2-3 days of purchase & to you based on your location.

Packaging:

Each frame-less poster (Items do not include frames. If you would like to know where I've purchased certain frames for my pieces, send me a convo & I can send you in a hopeful direction!) will be sent in a tube or flat bubble mailer envelope. Save the tubes if you have pets--they're funny to have around!

International Shipping:

I can ship internationally using First Class Mail International. If you would like to upgrade to Priority International, please send me a message when you make your purchase, and I'll send/message you the extra shipping cost. Please note that international shipments can take several weeks to arrive. Unfortunately, I cannot provide insurance with international orders.

Rush Orders:

If you are in need of your map in a crunch time, convo me so we can work out the timeline & see if I am able to complete any custom order under a short time allowance. I will do everything I can to get you what you need, but if it comes down to overnight or 2-day shipping, I will have to let you know of the extra costs for you to cover if it comes to that. We can talk this through if necessary so you know what your options are. Rush orders can range in $20-40 extra in cost, as well, depending on when you need it & which custom project you are requesting.

GIFTING OPTION:

I'm happy to gift any item you've purchased, simply provide the recipients address & any personal message you would like to send along with the gift in a message to seller at checkout, or send me a convo! This option is complementary!

*,**CUSTOM ORDERS & PROOFING SYSTEM:

Custom orders should be requested via convo on Etsy, or my email (lindsbuck@yahoo.com). I will have the detailed information you need to provide per custom order within each art pieces' description.

Once you've "approved" your piece, proof or no proof, I will get it shipped within 2-3 days upon completion.

**Customized Vacation Map Posters will provide 2 proofs to you--a draft/pencil sketch for the first proof, & a proof of your illustrated map in its final form will be sent to you, as well before I make the ship date. I want to make sure it's just as you envisioned it!
