Lindsey Nicole Design Co. specializes in custom print and paper goods. Many of our designs can be customized, and custom orders not pictured can also be discussed.

Returns and exchanges
If, for any reason, you need to cancel an order, 75% can be refunded PRIOR to the FINAL PROOF BEING APPROVED. However, if the order has already been APPROVED and fulfilled and shipped, then unfortunately the order is non-refundable.
Shipping
SHIPPING

All paper orders (such as invitations, stationary, etc) are shipped Priority Mail through the US Postal Service. This service typically takes 3-4 business days.


Domestic orders in the US, if you are in a time crunch, you can request Express shipping via FedEx or UPS (1-3 days) but I will have to add the full shipping cost to your final bill.



INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We use USPS Priority Mail International which has an estimated service time of 7-10 business days. We cannot guarantee a specific shipment time on international orders. If you would like us to use another shipping service you are more comfortable with (FedEx, UPS), please specify when you place your order.


**PLEASE NOTE:: INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS, may be subject to import fees, duty, customs, VAT charges or additional taxes when the package arrives. WOODWORTH PRINTING COMPANY is not responsible, nor can we offer any specific advice on fees or additional taxes that you may be charged when your merchandise arrives. We cannot make refunds to customers who do not receive shipments because they have declined to pay these costs. We recommend that you contact the appropriate government agency for your province/locale before placing your order and ask for information about these potential charges, so you know in advance what your total charges will be.
Additional policies and FAQs
Processing time is anywhere from 10-14 business days FROM DATE OF FINAL PROOF APPROVAL and PAYMENT IN FULL to SHIP DATE. Please ask me about my current turn around time when you are ready to place an order.


Keep in mind, that the above mentioned PROCESSING TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE CUSTOMIZATION AND PROOFING TIME, the amount of time customization takes will depend upon your response time during the proofing process and how quickly you are able to provide the necessary personal event details, submit any subsequent revisions and issue final proof approval. Customization time depends primarily upon customer response time.

PROOF APPROVAL

Printing will not begin until we receive final approval via email or Etsy messenger from the buyer. Upon approval and full payment, orders will proceed into production.


It is the responsibility of the buyer to take the time to check proofs fully and ensure proofs are accurate. If a mistake is found following approval by the buyer, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for charges incurred to reprint the incorrect items.


Lindsey Nicole Design Co. is NOT responsible for changes or mistakes that need to be made following final approval and production of invitation components.
