• We prefer Paypal payments. If you do not have PayPal account you can also pay to my PayPal with your credit card: www.etsy.com/help/article/361
• Payment is expected at the time of sale. If the customer has not paid within 5 business days and have not replied to e-mails or convos, the sale will be canceled.
• Your order will be shipped only after the payment is cleared. This means if you pay via Paypal e-checks there could be delay in 3-5 business days. You can check the status of your payment in your Paypal account or in the correspond invoice here on Etsy.

• All items will be carefully packaged and sent within 3-5 business days after payment is received!
(Some items may need more time. If processing time is more than 5 days - you will find it in item description )

✔ Shipping address:
• Please make sure your Etsy address is correct during the checkout. I will send your package to this address and not the Paypal one.

✔ Terms & Delivery time:
• Shipping usually takes about 1-4 weeks.
Please note, transit time may vary depending on your location and customs processing, so I can’t guarantee exact arrival time.
Here are approximate terms of shipping:
- USA: 1,5 - 3 weeks
- Canada: 3-4 weeks
- Australia and New Zealand: 3-5 weeks (sometimes longer, depending on work of Australian custom)
- Europe: 1-3 weeks
Please note: some local postal services do not provide on-line tracking for international registered airmail. Such as: Germany, UK, France, Italy and Australian post. So I can track your package only while it's in Ukraine.

✔ Shipping method:
• All packages are sent via international registered airmail from Ukraine.
It includes tracking number (it will be sent in e-mail notification). Each package has delivery confirmation.
• You can find tracking number of your parcel in your account > Purchases > Invoice
• Please note the delivery time may vary and I can't be responsible for losses or delays. If the specified delivery term is over, and you still do not receive the parcel, and while it is not tracked by the search engine, please contact me. Perhaps tracking system that I use can prompt.
• Post of some countries can not keep track of small and light package or registered package.

✔ Custom Fees and Duties
• International customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries.
• Buyers from California pay 8,75% import tax (it will be charged automatically during checkout).

✔ Packaging:
•I always carefully pack jewelry, in one box all items you've purchase at a time. If you need to send some of them separately, please contact me before shipping.
• If you want to send your purchase as a gift, please contact me. Also make sure you enter the recipient's address as the shipping address.
•I can also add some greeting text to the gift. If you want, write it in the notes to seller section.

• Returns are welcome within 7 days after delivery, so feel free to contact me for further information.
• If you are not satisfied with your items for any reason or they are damaged during the shipping, please contact me before leaving a feedback.
• If your package was returned to me as unclaimed I'll contact you for further information on delivery or canceling an order.
• If you have some problems during the shipping (package does not come, it takes too long and you are in hurry) - please contact for help.
• If you wish to cancel transaction (before the order was made and sent), plaese, note, that there is non-refundable 15%.
• Refunds do not include shipping costs. Returning shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
• I don’t accept returns of items that have been used by the buyer. All items must be return in original conditions without any physical changes with all of its components.
•In case of the item being damaged on arrival a refund of all the costs is possible after providing me with photos of the damaged package and the item itself. The customer can also choose another item of same value which will be sent on my cost. There is no refund for damages resulting from self-inflicted damage.
• All returns must be shipped via registered mail (with tracking number); you'll receive the refund within three business days from the return delivery date.
