OUR STORY
Hola, soy Laura, fundadora de Linen Handmade Studio, madre de dos hijos y una mujer dedicada al arte de vivir conscientemente.
Este viaje comenzó en mi infancia, rodeada de lino, hilo y el suave zumbido de la máquina de coser de mi madre. Crecí confeccionando vestidos para muñecas, diseñando para mis amigos y soñando con una vida basada en la creatividad y el cariño. Esa pasión me llevó a estudiar diseño de vestuario, donde exploré cómo la ropa moldea nuestra forma de sentir, movernos y expresarnos.
El lino siempre ha tenido un significado más profundo para mí. Aún recuerdo el armario de mi abuela, con sus manteles de lino cuidadosamente doblados, suavizados por el tiempo y el amor. En la tradición lituana, el lino es más que una tela. Transmite sanación, armonía e historia. Me hace sentir como en casa.
Tras ser madre, ese recuerdo apacible se convirtió en una poderosa inspiración. Empecé a diseñar y coser mis primeras piezas en casa, con mis hijos cerca y el mar a mi alcance, anhelando crear algo honesto, femenino y duradero.
A medida que crecía el amor por nuestras piezas de lino, también lo hacía nuestro equipo. Lo que empezó con mis manos y mi visión se convirtió en una misión compartida, ahora hecha realidad por un pequeño grupo de mujeres expertas que crean cada pieza con cariño, intención y corazón.
Linen Handmade Studio nació de ese ritmo, ese que se mueve entre la suavidad y la fuerza, la simplicidad y la profundidad. Hoy, nuestro estudio cerca de la Laguna de Curlandia es el punto de encuentro entre la moda sostenible y la artesanía con alma. Cada prenda se confecciona a pedido, con lino con certificación Oeko-Tex y diseños cuidadosamente desarrollados que honran tanto el cuerpo como el espíritu.
Creemos en el arte de la feminidad consciente, vestirnos como un ritual de autorrespeto, elegir menos y mejores cosas y encontrar el poder en la presencia más que en la actuación.
Esto es más que ropa.
Es un estilo de vida. Una práctica. Un camino de regreso a ti mismo.

Hello, I’m Laura, founder of Linen Handmade Studio, mother of two, and a woman devoted to the art of conscious living.
This journey began in my childhood, surrounded by linen, thread, and the soft hum of my mother’s sewing machine. I grew up crafting dresses for dolls, designing for friends, and dreaming of a life rooted in creativity and care. That passion led me to study costume design, where I explored how clothing shapes the way we feel, move, and express ourselves.
Linen has always held something deeper for me. I still remember my grandmother’s wardrobe, with its carefully folded linen tablecloths, softened by time and love. In Lithuanian tradition, linen is more than fabric. It carries healing, harmony, and history. It feels like home.
After becoming a mother, that quiet memory became a powerful inspiration. I began designing and sewing my first pieces from home, with my children nearby and the sea not far from reach, longing to create something honest, feminine, and enduring.
As the love for our linen pieces grew, so did our team. What started with just my hands and vision became a shared mission, now brought to life by a small circle of skilled women who create each piece with care, intention, and heart.
Linen Handmade Studio was born from that rhythm, the one that lives between softness and strength, simplicity and depth. Today, our studio near the Curonian Lagoon is where slow fashion meets soulful craftsmanship. Every garment is made-to-order, using Oeko-Tex certified linen and thoughtfully developed designs that honor both body and spirit.
We believe in the art of conscious femininity, dressing as a ritual of self-respect, choosing fewer and better things, and finding power in presence rather than performance.
This is more than clothing.
It’s a lifestyle. A practice. A way back to yourself.
