Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
* I gladly accept cancellations or Changing your purchase
Request a cancellation or changing within: 24 hours of purchase

* The item/product has to be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and returned within 14 days of delivery for return or exchange (the shipping cost pays the client).

*If I am unable to resolve the problem of my sold item I will make a full refund what you have paid for the product/item, shipping cost is not refundable.

*If I have received the package back of these reasons, I will make the refund only 50% off what you have paid for item/product, the shipping cost is not refundable:
- not correct address;
- you have receive the notice from your post office and you didn't go to collect the package.
ALSO, if you are still interested in receiving the item/product, you can pay again for the shipping and I can ship your item/product again to you.

*NO refunds for any custom orders.

*If you do not select express shipping to your shipment arrives on time, I do not accept responsibility for the timely undeliverable parcels and the money is not returned.

* We make every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on the site as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

The shipping from the end of NOVEMBER can take longer:
10-15 business days or longer to Europe;
14-20 business days or longer to US, CANADA, AUSTRALIA and other countires.

All items are shipped by a registered priority airmail.

The shipping usually takes (not include Christmas and Easter period):
6-14 days to Europe;

DEALING WITH CUSTOM ORDERS
When the custom order is agreed and set for the buyer, I give 3 business days to pay for it.
If the payment is not received within 3 business days and I hear any news regarding the order, unfortunately, the custom order we agreed will be canceled;

however, if you are still interested in the custom order that was canceled, we can agree to open the order for you any time you make your decision. Please convo me again regarding the custom order that was canceled.
