Welcome to my creative world of swinging arts.
I am an artist and designer from Warsaw currently living and working in Italy
I have two main passions in my life - DANCING ( I am a Swing dance teacher and performer ) and ART ( that has accompanied me from an early age ).
My work is inspired by the incredible and stormy Swing Era of 30s and 40s; the artists of that period and the artists of the present days that are the ambassadors of those times.
The technique that I use to produce my prints is called Linocut in which a sheet of linoleum is used for a relief surface. A design representing a mirror image is cut into the sheet with a sharp knife. The linoleum is inked with a roller, and then impressed onto paper ( that I choose individually for each design ) . The actual printing I do partly by hand or with a printing press, depends of the size and complexity.
If you would be interested in a private commission, or would just like to say hello, please contact me through Etsy or by email at info [!at] linografia.com
Thanks for visiting my page!
I'm a freelance artist and graphic designer. I am specialised in monochromatic prints in linoleum obtained by engraving. I personally take care of the whole process: from the first idea, to drawing, to engraving, to printing.
