Hi,
Thanks you for shopping with Susannah Lints Ceramics. All pieces are designed and created by Susannah Lints.

Accepted payment methods

Paypal Visa Mastercard American Express Discover Giftcard
Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits
Returns and exchanges
I try to package items as well as possible but accidents do happen. If by chance your piece arrives broken, please contact me and send a photo of the broken item, and I will give you a refund or a replacement .

If you are not satisfied with your purchase I will be happy to exchange the undamaged item but the buyer will pay for the return shipping and the cost of shipping a new item.

Please take the same care I did to bubble wrap the item and place the peanuts so the item returns safely.
Payment
I accept Visa, Master card, American Express, Discover and Etsy Gift Cards. Or you can use Pay Pal to make your purchase.
Shipping
I will ship your order by USPS Parcel Post within 2-3 days after a payment is received and I will e-mail you the tracking number. Items are packaged with 2 layers of bubble wrap around each item and minimum of 2" of peanuts between items and box walls. I use recycled packing materials when available.

For international orders I will be happy to ship anywhere in the world, however the shipping costs will vary. Please convo me with your address and what you would like to purchase. I will find out the shipping costs and send you a quote.
Additional policies and FAQs
I am not taking custom orders at this time.
