Although the name Linzy Dinzy sounds a little silly, I kid you not when I say that I take every inquiry and order very seriously and I pinky swear to sprinkle your little things with lots of love...

As a loyal Paypal fan for many years, I currently accept it as my main form of payment. Payment must be received before an in stock item is shipped or prior to custom orders being finalized and/or created. Prompt payments received within 24 hours of confirming or placing your Etsy order are greatly appreciated, and all payments should be made within 48 hours unless otherwise communicated. Once an item order has been confirmed, and payment has been received, your order is final and I will confirm shipping details with you and ship accordingly based on our shipping agreement.
I generally ship within 1-2 days of receipt of payment and all shipping rates are based on USPS First Class and include delivery confirmation. If you need an item shipped via another shipping carrier or rush shipped, please let me know, and I will work with you to accommodate your request and quote you the appropriate shipping & handling fees. I honor a discount on shipping for each additional item you purchase, so please contact me if you have any questions about buying multiple items. Your item will arrive in a large soft mailing envelope and some wrinkling may occur in transit. For International orders, all duties and customs charges that may be incurred are to be paid by the buyer. Please let me know if you would like to purchase shipping insurance in order to protect your item/items from damage or loss incurred through the carrier.
Packaging: For an additional fee, I will be happy to gift-wrap your order. Just ask and we'll work something out...
Refunds and Exchanges
As with the beauty of all Etsy artwork, all of my items are either hand-made or vintage, and no two pieces are alike. For all hand-dyed and hand-painted items, design variations are inherent in each piece and these unique characteristics are considered design attributes rather than design flaws. I take great effort to inspect every item prior to shipment to ensure there are no physical defects but if for any reason you believe an item you have received is physically defective, I will work with you to offer an exchange. As with all hand-dyed / hand-painted product, some fading will naturally occur with washing and wearing. Each item has been washed prior to shipment and in general, should be washed one to two times separately from other garments in order to avoid any potential dye transfer. Please do not lay wet next to other garments.
I provide a shipping confirmation for every package, and any packages damaged or lost / delayed in transit are to be deemed responsible by the shipping carrier and cannot be offered a refund through Linzy Dinzy. Please let me know if you would like to purchase shipping insurance in order to protect your item in transit..
