Order placed on 3/21, with an expected delivery window of 3/29-4/7. By 4/8, I still hadn't received anything, and I hadn't heard from the seller, so I contacted them. They apologized for the delay, thanked me for my patience, and said they'd be shipping later in the week. It's 4/15, and there has been no further communication from the seller, no tracking number, and no package. I understand things can happen, but at the very least, COMMUNICATE with your customers!
