I grew up in the "North Country," the area of New York State above the Adirondack Mountains near the Canadian border. I earned my BFA in illustration from Syracuse University, then returned to the North and now run my home studio on a freelance basis.

I am a fine artist, a book cover illustrator, and a graphic designer. I enjoy dabbling in many different styles of artwork and always have several projects going at once. I began my travel poster series by focusing on my favorite geographic regions of Upstate NY. The state has so much variety to offer, and I am glad to be able to showcase it. This led to a new love of plein air painting, and I began painting scenes from my travels, especially to national parks.
