All sales are final. Returns are not authorized and will not be refunded. Forced returns by refusal of delivery for any reason will not be refunded nor exchanged.

If you received the wrong or a damaged item, please contact me within three days of confirmed order package delivery receipt to work out a speedy resolution to the mix-up or replacement of an item damaged due to my error. I am not responsible for item damage caused through use of the item.

I accept payment through Etsy Direct Checkout with all major Credit Cards, PayPal, ApplePay, Etsy Gift Cards or Etsy Credits.

Etsy keeps your payment information secure. Etsy shops never receive your credit or debit card information.

Payment in full must be made at the time of purchase. All custom orders must be paid in full in advance of crafting.

DISCRETE SHIPPING.

All products are carefully packaged and shipped discretely to reasonably ensure their safe arrival to you.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. Although every effort is made to craft and ship your order as soon a possible, and while most orders ship within 3 to 10 business days, please allow up to 15 business days from the date of cleared payment for orders to be crafted and shipped, especially if your order is large, customized or placed around the busy holidays.

COMBINED SHIPPING

When an order contains more than one item, Etsy automatically calculates the combined shipping discounts for your order.

Multiple orders cannot be combined shipped together. Each order will have its own unique tracking number.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Domestic orders will be shipped via USPS with tracking and delivery confirmation for packages. I am not responsible for delays due to delivery companies or mail carriers.

IF YOU MOVE TO A NEW ADDRESS

You may contact USPS to change your address, reroute delivery of your packages to your new address, make the change permanent or temporary, and choose the date(s) to start (and stop, if applicable) package forwarding at your local post office or online at the USPS website. Be sure to also update your Etsy account with your new address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is not available at this time.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING TERMS

I reserve the right to require a signature at the time of delivery on any shipment.

I am not responsible for packages USPS states as "delivered" when a buyer claims a package was not received. I am not responsible for stolen or lost packages; please double check your shipping address before order confirmation.

If your order is returned to me because USPS is unable to deliver the package due to an incorrect address; you are not available for delivery; refusal of package or unclaimed package: You may request that the package be reshipped. You will need to contact me to make an acceptable arrangement to advance pay reshipping charges plus any fees for the return back to me. There will be no refunds for returned order packages for any reason.

Shipping prices include shipping material costs (boxes, tissue paper, bubble wrap or other materials to keep your product protected during shipment). This shop makes every effort to recycle shipping materials when possible.

GENERAL TERMS

By placing an order with Witchcrafts Artisan Alchemy, you agree that shop products are for external use only, that use or misuse of products is at your own risk, and that you assume all risk and liability associated in any way with the purchase, use and misuse of products.

By placing an order with Witchcrafts Artisan Alchemy, you affirm that you are not buying my products for resale. Resale of my products is not authorized.

I generally store your information for as long as necessary in order to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations.

I never sell any of your information to third parties. Your information may be shared in the case of requests for information by legal authorities. Your name, address and possibly phone number will be used to ship your order. I share your information with third parties only to the extent necessary to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies.
