1. How are your bras like and can I add padding?

All our bras are made in bikini back style which mean its a bra in the front and ties like a bikini top in the back. For just $8, you can easily upgrade to a padded bra.

2. How do your bottoms run? I'm not sure what size to order.

We use the standard measurements when creating bottoms. These measurements are based on the Average US Woman size:

XS- 32-34"
Sm- 35"-36"
Med- 37-39"
Lg- 40"-42"
Xlg- 43"-45"

If you want to be extra sure the bottoms fit, your best bet is to send us your waist and hip measurement.

3. How long is processing time?

About 5-7 business days through out most of the year. (Shipping time is not included. ) 2-3 weeks around Halloween season (September & October)

4. Is there any way I can pay extra to get my items faster?

Yes. For $40, we can rush your order . Processing time will be reduce to 3 to 5 business days. This does not include shipping time.

5. My outfit does not fit me. Can I return it?

Custom bra and skirt can be return or exchange. If you need a custom bra exchanged for a different size there is a $40 fee that will be required since we will need to make it over from scratch.
Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking/labor fee. No refund for shipping.
EVERYTHING ELSE IS FINAL SALE. NO RETURN FOR ON SALE ITEM, ACCESSORIES, BIKINI, ORDERS PURCHASED UNDER READY-TO-SHIP SECTION, SHORT OR UNDERWEAR.
NO RETURN FOR ALL ORDERS PLACED WITHIN THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER & OCTOBER.


6. I placed an order for a brand new custom outfit, will I get a photo of how my custom outfit will look like?

Yes. Before sending any custom orders out, you will receive a photo of it. You will only have one chance to revise anything on the outfit that you don't like before we ship it out. Each additional revision are subject to $20 fee.

7. Can I change the color of any outfit in your shop?

As long as you tell us the date that you need it by, we will generally try to do our best to accommodate your request to have it made fast and efficiently.

Thank you for stopping by our shop and getting to know us!

Lipgloss Costume (formerly known as Lipgloss Clubwear) started in 2013 with a goal and focus to help young women across the world look and feel unique in an costume that is special and outstanding. We grew side by side with EDM music and the rave scene back in 2012 before it exploded to mainstream. It started off small but thanks to some friends and family for referral support our name quickly began to spread. We now have a team that includes 4 seamstresses, 1 web developer, 1 graphic designer, 1 social media specialist and we operate from a humble private studio in sunny California.

In the summer of June 2018 we rebranded our name to Lipgloss Costume LLC with the intention of focusing on what we do best: costumes. Same team, same service, just a better and more recognized industry name. We are truly blessed and thankful to have such wonderful loyal customers that keep us motivated to stay in business each year. Your shopping experience is personal to us and we will work hard to continue providing exceptional service to those who believed in Lipgloss Costume. <3

Welcome to our shop! Before you make a purchase, we strongly encourage you to familiarize yourself with our shop policy to avoid any major complication after the purchase.

All orders placed in our shop will generally take about 5-7 business days to process, not including weekend. Please plan ahead and allow yourself a gateway from your event for your items to be made and delivered on time. This time does not include shipping time which generally takes an additional 2 - 3 business days in the USA. Longer time required for international orders.

Items allowed for return and exchange:
Custom bra, skirt, bodysuit, top, corset.

Items not allowed for return or exchange:
All Halloween costume, all items purchased within the month of September & October, all on sale items, made-to-order costume, costumes that have been customized for you, panties, underwear, lingerie, bikini bottom, any order placed through our build-your-own system, accessories and on sale or promoted items.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING FEES. WE DO NOT REFUND FOR SHIPPING. ITEMS THAT WERE ELIGIBLE FOR FREE SHIPPING WILL HAVE ACTUAL SHIPPING CHARGES ON TOP OF THE RESTOCKING FEE.
