Pay by credit card without being redirected to PayPal. All major cards accepted.
Make secure payments through PayPal using your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, or your personal PayPal account. Don’t have a PayPal account? That’s okay. You can use your credit card through PayPal without having to set up an account.
**U.S. Postal Money Order or E-Check**
If you select money order, my address will be provided. Items will be shipped as soon as payment clears.
**PAYMENT AND SHIPPING ADDRESS POLICY**
The address associated with your payment choice is where the item WILL be shipped to. This protects both buyer and seller from fraud.
Orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service First Class and should be recieved within 7 business days. If you need it shipped faster, convo me so I can give you a quote for your state and zip code. All Domestic orders have tracking already added into the shipping.
International shipping takes anywhere from 10 days to 7 weeks depending on the country, though it can take longer if the package gets held up at customs. A package is not concidered lost until 7 weeks has past.
I will not mark "gift" on the customs form...this is breaking the law, and I could be severly penalized.
TAX/VAT/DUITES : Sometimes your country may charge you a duty fee or vat tax, that you will be responsible to pay. I will not refund these fees that your country may charge.
I will put the customs number into PayPal and/or Etsy tracking information which is USUALLY scanned up until it crosses the U.S. border. Please be patient. If you need something fast, please contact me for an express shipping rate quote.
PLEASE NOTE if your package does not have any updates past Michigan City do not be alarmed. Your package is on the way. The post office does not always scan international first class packages after they leave the destination post office.
Full tracking is available for most countries. It starts at an additional $12.50 based on item value. If you would like this please contact me before purchase with your country so I may look it up and see if it is a option.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do stand behind the quality of my jewelry but if it ever breaks (it's very durable but things happen), I will gladly repair/ remake it for you for free within 60 days. If your item breaks after that, you will have to purchase a new one or send the broken item (all pieces included) and I will send a replacement.
If something is wrong, please give me a chance to make it right before you leave neutral or negative feedback. Refunds will not be given if neutral or negative feedback is recieved.
Please let me know that you are sending an item to me. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
IF RETURNED TO SENDER: Please make sure your address is correct when you purchase. If for some reason your item gets returned to me for a undeliverable address, wrong address on file with paypal, or return to sender, I can either refund you for the purchase price minus shipping, or I can ship it back to the correct address. If I ship back out, you will be responsible to pay shipping fees to do this. Payment for reshipping will be requested through a PayPal invoice, and will be reshipped as soon as it is paid.
RESIZING: In most cases, I can resize an item free of charge prior to shipping. If you decide your item needs to be resized after you receive it in the mail, I will resize it free of charge if the buyer covers the additional shipping charges. Contact me to make arrangements.
Additional policies and FAQs
I will make requested modifications until you are happy with your purchase, however, once the final piece has been approved by you and the order shipped, it is no longer eligible for a refund. Thank you for your understanding.

If there is anything wrong or you are not COMPLETELY satisfied with your order, PLEASE don't hesitate to let me know before leaving neutral or negative feedback and I will fix it! I always do my best to please my customers just like I'd expect when I make purchases.
