Returns and exchanges
As the items are made to order refunds are only possible if I have accidentally sent you the wrong item.
If you are unhappy with your received item, Please get in touch, I will do my very best to fix the problem - your happiness with the item and the buying experience is important to me.
Items will have a certificate of posting and will be packaged with the upmost care in suitable packaging, therefore if an item is lost in the post or becomes damaged I am sorry but I will not be able to make a refund. This should be taken up with Royal Mail.
Payment
As my items are made to order, I will only begin making your item after receiving the payment.
I would expect payments to be made within 3 days, if you think it will be longer please get in touch to let me know.
If I havent received payment or a message I reserve the right to cancel the sale.
Shipping
I will ship the items using regular mail, with a certificate of posting. If you prefer another delivery method, please get in touch and I will let you know the additional cost.
Costs quoted are for delivery to a UK address, if you would like delivery to an international address please let me know and I will research the costs.
