Gift wrapping and packaging

All fragile items will come double boxed or sufficiently cushioned to protect during transit. Most items within 15" at longest dimension will come in a pretty white box suitable for gift giving within a shipping box.

Jewelry will arrive in a small padded cardboard box within a shipping box.

Self stick bubble wrap, packing peanuts and sometimes plastic bags are used in packaging to ensure protection of fragile items. Kindly contact me should you require eco friendly packaging but I cannot guarantee super fragile items will be well protected using these materials.

Care instructions

Care info will be provided with all items except jewelry.

Shipping addresses

Please double check to ensure that the address provided in the sale transaction is indeed the correct shipping address. I am not responsible for shipping to an incorrect address if that is what is indicated in the order details. If a package is returned to me for this reason you must pay the new shipping fees. If a package is forwarded it voids the estimated shipping time provided at time of sale.

Refunds

Please note that if you are not satisfied with the item only partial refunds (deducting the shipping fee) are provided AND the item must be returned to me IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING IN NEW CONDITION SHIPPED AT YOUR EXPENSE to qualify for a partial refund. I must receive the items before partial refund is executed.

Breakage in transit

In the unfortunate event a package arrives damaged:
1. take a picture of the damage to the shipping box BEFORE OPENING THE BOX.
2. Once the box is opened TAKE A PICTURE OF THE CONTENTS WHILE STILL UNTOUCHED INSIDE THE BOX.
3. At this point you can unwrap the item and take a picture of its damaged condition.
4. Immediately e mail me these images so I may file a claim with the shipping entity.
DO NOT THROW THE ITEM, PACKAGING OR BOX AWAY IN CASE THEY WANT IT RETURNED TO ME. I will advise you what to do next once I hear from the shipping entity.

Shipping details

The primary shipper I use is USPS, priority 3 day for domestic (within USA) with tracking; priority with tracking internationally where permitted. For items that need special handling internationally I will use DHL with tracking. You must be home to accept a DHL package and will have to provide your contact info so they can reach you.

I will track your packages and send you convos as to their status and upon delivery. I will provide you with any delivery details I am given (i.e. location or who accepted package.) If you did not receive your package despite tracking indicating delivery you will have to contact your local post office directly.

To avoid a package being returned to me, please pay the customs fees as soon as possible.

VAT, GST, Customs and Sales Tax

This shop is located in the USA, therefore it is not registered to collect VAT or GST. Price of items and shipping fees DO NOT INCLUDE VAT, GST or Customs fees. Customer is responsible to pay these fees where applicable.

This business is located in New Jersey, USA, therefore NJ State Sales Tax will be added to the purchase upon check out.

Refunds for EU customers

Buyers in the EU have the right to return an item for any reason, within 14 days of receipt of item & will be refunded both purchase price of the item & shipping fees. If the buyer chooses to return an item, all payments shall be reimbursed, including the original shipping fees, received from the buyer. If I do not receive returned goods from the buyer, I may withhold such reimbursement provided that reimbursement occurs within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs unless I agree to bear those costs.

This right does not extend to custom-made products and certain perishable goods, unless otherwise specified by me, the seller. Digital content, including artwork and patterns, may not be eligible for return. Rules governing digital content vary by EU member country.
