I have a degree in Fine Art from the University of Oklahoma. I love being able to take the time to create things by hand and I feel there is something special about a product that has time and love poured into it. I would love to work with you to create a custom piece!

Since all products are made-to-order, your wreath will vary slightly from what is pictured. I assure you that your product will be just as beautiful as the one pictured!

Payment
Methods: Paypal is the only accepted payment method.

Terms: As per Etsy policy, payment must be made within 3 days, or the sale can be canceled. Feel free to message me if you aren't sure if your payment went through.
Shipping
Shipping is included in the price of the wreath. I ship FedEx ground and will provide you with a tracking number. I will ship your item 2 weeks from when you place your order and I receive your payment.

Upgrades/insurance: Please contact me immediately after placing your order if you'd like to upgrade your shipping, add insurance, etc.


Shipping address: I always ship to the address you enter on Etsy unless you note otherwise.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns: Customer satisfaction is very important to me, so all returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me if you are dissatisfied in any way with your order. I aim to create a product you are 100% happy with!

Lost packages: It is up to the customer to provide an accurate shipping address and be available for delivery. Tracking information is available for all orders. I do my best to work with customers to recover lost items, please contact me as soon as possible if there is an issue with the delivery of your order.
