Announcement   Hi Etsy Friends! I am creating new things and rebuilding my shop to reflect the studio work that I find myself most drawn toward- mainly forging, etching and torch-fired enameling. I will add "jewels" and update day by day; thanks for your patience. Feel free to send me a message or ask questions.
********************************************************************************************
At Lisa Lane Studio every piece of jewelry is made by hand at a sunny workbench. I am inspired by the artful beauty of creation, and committed to handmade, artisanal work. I start with raw materials, forging metal with my favorite hammer, fusing glass with a torch, polishing to a glowing finish. No two pieces I make are ever exactly alike, so you can expect some happy variation from the pictures. Each piece wants to be its own person. I hope that these small gifts will bring a smile and a hint of that earthy beauty.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Look for the Handmade Difference~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Etsy has so many fabulous artisans- please look for genuine handmade studio work! You know it when you see it- original, artful, made from "scratch" from raw materials with someone's own two hands, not just assembled from machine-made parts.
I am Lisa Morris, and I have been doing metalwork since 1998 here in my home studio at the foot of Lookout Mountain in beautiful, historic Chattanooga, Tennessee. (I can see Rock City from my studio window:). I am largely self-taught, and use both traditional and modern metalworking techniques. I use noble and base metals, found objects, glass and stone. Some pieces I make are OOAK (one-of-a-kind), completely unique, and can ship immediately. Others are hand-made-to-order, so please allow about a week for me to make your own personal piece in my studio before shipping. Sometimes I can rush an order, just ask if you need it fast. I'm happy to work with you on a special request or commission.
Please read my shop policies before you make your purchase, and let me know if you have a question. I ship worldwide USPS First Class for the same flat rate for one padded envelope. Contact me if you need rush shipping ($3 upcharge) or insurance and I will send you an updated invoice for the additional service.
Thank you so much for my new replacement earrings (of the ones I lost years ago)! They are lovely and just as I remembered them.
Shipping
I ship ooak items within 3 days of purchase. For hand-made-to-order items, please allow a week for it to be made in my studio before shipping.
Default shipping is USPS First Class mail(usually 3 or 4 business days to continental USA) for a flat rate of $3.00 for any items I can fit into one padded envelope. If you need it faster, I also offer expedited shipping (USPS Priority guaranteed 2-day) for an additional cost of $3.00. Insurance is optional and the fee varies, as well as tracking. If you would like any of these extra services, please write a note in the "Message to Seller" when you check out. I will send you a Paypal invoice for the extra service.
I WILL SHIP TO YOUR ETSY ADDRESS UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED... PLEASE MAKE SURE IT IS UP-TO-DATE.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: I ship international packages via First Class International mail for a flat rate of $3.00 for anything I can fit into one padded envelope. This takes anywhere from 1-3 weeks depending on where you are. If you want insurance, tracking, delivery confirmation added or rush shipping (global priority) just let me know in the "message to seller" BEFORE payment and I will send you an estimate and updated invoice, then you can complete your payment.
Duties and custom fees that may occur are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your local customs office for more information if you have a question about that.
I cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost packages if you choose not to buy insurance, but frankly, I haven't ever had a problem with a lost or damaged package :)
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to LOVE your jewelry, so I guarantee my work. If there is something you are not happy with, I can easily make simple repairs or alterations... you will need to pay shipping to return the item to me and I will pay shipping to return it to you after repairs are done. If you are still unhappy with your jewelry, you can return it within 2 weeks of purchase for a full refund minus shipping. Earring sales are final...I cannot accept a return for health reasons, but I can try to alter them to fix a problem. I cannot offer a refund on custom or lost orders.
Additional policies and FAQs
I am happy to work with you on any custom order or commission- just contact me and we'll work something out. I can usually work pretty quickly! Many of the items in my shop can be modified if you prefer a differrent chain length, or a different metal, etc. An upcharge may be necessary for significantly higher cost changes- convo me and I'll let you know.
If your purchase is a gift, just let me know and I can leave out the receipt and include small card with a message from you to the recipient, for no extra charge. All items are packaged in a gift box tied with a ribbon, in a bubble mailer.
If you'd like to purchase more than one of an item, contact me and I'll add to the quantity on the listing, or set up a reserved listing for you.
All of my jewelry is intended for adult use only- please don't give them to children.
