I was so excited to receive my custom cozy but the quality is simply not there. Mine arrived and looks nothing like the pictures she has posted.

Payment
Payment via PayPal is preferred; money orders also accepted.
Please complete payment within 3 days or contact me within this time frame regarding payment method.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact me directly regarding any refund or exchange requests. All refund/exchange/repair transactions must be completed within 30 days of purchase. The item(s) you purchase must be returned to me and received before a refund/exchange can be processed. Buyer pays shipping cost on returns for refund/exchange/repair and we will negotiate shipping costs in advance on any items sent back to buyer.
Because custom orders are very difficult to return to my sales inventory, they are not eligible for refund or exchange unless buyer and seller have agreed to this prior to purchase.

Gift shopping? I'd be happy to help you coordinate shipping to a gift recipient and provide gift wrapping + a personalized card to accompany your purchase.

I am glad to consider custom orders, depending on your needs + the number of other custom orders awaiting completion. Holiday orders should be placed before Nov 1 to assure timely delivery, as I receive a ton of local orders in Nov-Dec. If my schedule does not allow me to accept a custom order from you I can usually refer you to other artists who might be able to assist.

I welcome opportunities to provide handmade items to shops on a wholesale basis with minimum orders of $200. Please contact me directly to discuss.
