4 out of 5 starsI ordered this for a birthday gift so it was timely; however, USPS marked it delivered when it wasn't. Seller stated that sometimes they do this ahead of time so i should wait a few days. Still no delivery. I then had to wait a week for this to be shipped back to the seller and have her reship it to a different address. To be fair, this was mostly the fault of the USPS: however, seller did not reply to most of my communication in a timely manner which only escalated the frustration. The item itself is nice, but smaller than I thought it would be so it doesn't cover up the original lable on the wine bottle.

What if I haven’t received my package yet?
Once packages are in USPS possession, we are unable to control delays in shipping. Please refer to your tracking number or contact the shipping provider if there are either no updates or delayed updates.
*Please note that due to the pandemic, there has been an increase in shipping delays. We try our best to mitigate any potential delays by processing orders within 1-2 business days.
Which labels can you customize?
We can customize most of our labels, just message us prior to ordering for your custom requests. If you would like to customize a specific label, please message us via that specific listing. If you would like something different than what you see on our shop, please message our general shop with your specific custom request/inquiry.
What are the best assembly & care instructions?
1. We recommend removing the original wine or Tito’s label for best results. To do so, soak the bottle in warm water for 20-30 minutes. Once removed from water, wipe/scrub label off with a rag. You can try adding 5-10 tablespoons of baking soda to the water to make removal easier. You can also try putting a warm, damp towel on top of the label for about 15 mins and then scrub it off afterwards.
2. Take the backing off your #LitLabel. Make sure wine bottle is completely dry before adhesion. Begin placing it on the middle of the bottle and gently smooth it outward to avoid forming bubbles or creases. We recommend laying the bottle on your lap so it is sturdy and you can lay it on straight.
How quickly can I receive a label?
If prior to purchasing you are wondering how long it will take for our labels to arrive, please note it depends on your location & USPS. We are located in Los Angeles, California and we process orders within 1-2 business days. However, if you need a label quickly, we recommend purchasing priority or expedited shipping to ensure you receive your label within your desired timeframe.

What if my package is marked delivered but I cannot locate it?
We advise that you check any small cracks or areas it could have fallen as the packages come in slim, 5x7 envelopes. If you still cannot find it at your residence we suggest asking neighbors if they accidentally received it - and even anyone else living at your residence just in case they took it by mistake!
If you still cannot locate the package please call the carrier and ask for specific GPS coordinates it was dropped off at. We’ve actually had numerous customers retrieve their packages by contacting USPS. We are not responsible for packages claimed to be lost yet marked delivered by the tracking.
