Q. How long will it take for me to get my order?
A. Our custom products are made to order! So please allow 1-2 weeks for production and delivery. If you need your order sooner, please message me and we may be able to work something out!

Q. Do the keychains open?
A. Sadly, no! But that would be neat! Our keychains are made from a single piece of wood, and they currently do not open. But we're always working on new concepts, so keep an eye on our shop!

Q. Can you put ANYTHING on a keychain/necklace?
A. Yes! We can do everything from graphics, photos, business cards/information, or a quote from your book to your mock up cover for NaNoWriMo. The limit is your imagination!

Q. What if I would like to order a quantity that's not listed?
A. Feel free to send us a message and we will create a custom listing!

Q. Can I get a keychain/necklace of my favorite book?
A. Unfortunately not. We can only create the product if you own the rights (or have gotten permission from your publisher) for the cover.
