Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept exchanges
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
I don't accept returns or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
-I do not accept returns, you may exchange a non custom item in UNUSED, UNSTRETCHED condition within 14 days. If you wish to exchange a non custom item(s) the buyer is responsible for the additional postage required for the return.

-Custom orders are NOT available to be exchanged.

-Hat and Diaper cover sets in sizes 3-6 months or larger are considered to be custom items and are NOT available for exchange.

-If an error was made during checkout and the wrong color was selected for a made to order item, it is considered a custom order since it is made to the order specifics and it is not available to be exchanged. Please do take care to select your color choices carefully and feel free to ask me any questions regarding color options prior to ordering.

-Due to the difference in computer monitors and device screens I am not responsible for a variation in color on an item. I have represented the true colors of the items to the best of my ability and refunds will not be issued for an item's variance in shade.
Payment
Payment is due at checkout.
Shipping
Items will be sent via USPS.

Ready to ship items (which have "Ready to Ship" and RTS in the listing title) will be mailed on the following business day. Ready to ship items purchased with made to order items will ship with the made to order items and not separately unless other arrangements are made with me. All other items are made to order and will be completed in accordance with the posted production time on the shop front page.

US Orders- Tracking is included with your order. Priority shipping, insurance and express shipping are available for an additional fee. Contact me prior to ordering for details.

**International Orders- Tracking is not available for international orders unless an extra fee is paid to have the order registered. Contact me prior to ordering for details. Priority shipping, insurance and express shipping are available for an additional fee. A customs import or VAT tax maybe applied to your package and the package held until it is paid. The buyer is responsible for all such fees, taxes, and additional postage charges their post office may apply to the package after the item(s) are shipped by me.


**Items lost in the mail will NOT be replaced. Once the item has been shipped, I am no longer responsible for it. Your shipment includes a tracking number that can be found on your invoice. Once your tracking information shows your package has been accepted by the Postal service, I cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed packages. I will not issue refunds for lost or delayed packages. Insurance is available by request and can be arranged prior to ordering. Contact me for details.

Additional policies and FAQs
Discount coupon codes are NOT eligible to be used on RUSH ORDERS or on orders with expedited shipping such as Express Mail and Priority Mail service.

Discount coupon codes must be used at time of checkout. Refunds will not be given once an order has been placed if a coupon code was forgotten to be used.
