Thank you for visiting my shop and I hope that you found some things that you like. I haven't been on Etsy for very long, but I have been on Ebay for more than 13 years and have close to 600 positive feedback. (both buying and selling) You can rest assured that doing business with me is 100% safe and secure. You are welcome to look me up on Ebay under LittleBird64.
I accept all major credit cards through Paypal which is my preferred method of payment. If you don't have a Paypal account, it's quick, easy, and free to set up and will allow you to use your credit card securely at hundreds of sites all over the internet. I will also accept checks or money orders sent to me directly. You will need to contact me to get my mailing information. If you pay by check however, I will wait to ship the items until after your check has cleared. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
I prefer to ship using Priority Mail from the U.S. Post Office because I have found that this provides quick and secure shipping for a reasonable price. International shipping will require a different price quote, so if you live outside of the United States, please contact me prior to completing your purchase so that I can quote you a shipping price.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me and I will refund your money or replace the piece with a similar or different piece of equal value within 30 days of purchase. I simply ask that you allow me the opportunity to make things right before leaving any negative feedback.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Due to the nature of "hand-made" items, things can sometimes break. It could be because I received a defective piece that I used in the design, or it could simply be because something wasn't tightened down well enough. Though I do try my best to always make sure my pieces are put together as securely as possible, it's not realistic to think that nothing will ever break. Even store bought items can break or come apart. If something comes apart or breaks with normal wear, within the first 30 days of purchase, please let me know so that I can repair or replace it.
I will also always do my best to represent my items as accurately as possible, but if I left out any information that you need, (i.e. how long a necklace is, etc) please feel free to contact me and I will get you that information as soon as possible. Additionally, some natural beads may be called different things by different people, (jasper is a good example as there are lots of types of jasper) so if you have a question on any of the materials I've used, again, please contact me. I want you to be happy with any pieces that you may choose to purchase, therefore I will do my best to answer any questions you may have.
