I always welcome custom orders. Therefore if you can't find exactly what you are looking for amongst my designs - please leave me a message & I will be delighted to work with you to create a design specifically tailor made for you!

In addition - all of my card designs can be adapted to fit any occasion & can be personalised with the recipients name and/or age. The date of the occasion can also be added - all at no extra cost!

I reserve all copyrights to my designs and creations - including personalised, custom pieces and commissions and by placing your order with me you agree that I retain these rights to share my photos of these designs however and wherever I deem appropriate to aid my business.

Please read all item descriptions carefully before purchase - these contain important information that you need to know prior to ordering. Any issues arising from provided information not being acknowledged, will be treated as a ‘Return due to change of mind’ (see below) and buyers will be responsible for arranging & paying for their own return costs.

Please double check your delivery details are correct. I use the shipping address provided with your order. Little Bun Designs UK accepts no responsibility for mis-delivered or lost items due to incorrectly provided details.
For change of delivery address requests, simply drop me a message & I’ll get back to you to confirm your choice of address.

All of my items are handmade to order. The time needed to complete your order depends on the item & quantity purchased.
Most items are ready for dispatch between 3 - 7 business days, with the exception of my hand sewn items, which take between 1-3 weeks to complete. You will receive a message via Etsy conversations within 48 hours of your purchase with an estimated dispatch time for your order.
If your order is needed for a certain date, please leave me a note at the checkout.
On certain items I am able to offer an express 24 hour processing time for an additional fee - please message me prior to ordering to discuss this option.

All of my branding and packaging is recyclable & eco friendly - including the tape used to seal the postal boxes. In addition, I always use size appropriate boxes for all of my items. On the odd occasion I do use bubble wrap or packing pillows in order to protect your goods in transit, these are recycled from supply orders I have received - if you would prefer me not to use these, simply pop me a message at the checkout :)

My gift wrapping has been lovingly designed, in keeping with my nature & woodland brand. It is also created with recycling in mind - using brown paper, twine, handmade paper and dried/paper flowers. Styles vary slightly according to the item being wrapped. Adjustments to the featured design are available on request.
*Gift wrapping is offered as a service and is therefore non refundable.

UK Parcels are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd class post, unless you upgrade to 1st class post at the checkout.
Estimated Royal Mail delivery times are 2-10 working days for 2nd class mail; 1-3 working days for 1st class mail.
Please be aware of any postal delays in your area whilst waiting for your parcel and feel free to contact me should you feel your order is taking longer than usual to arrive.
UK orders are trackable once their destination is reached.

Please request a return within 14 days of receipt of item and return within 30 days of receipt of item - in original packaging, unused and in original condition.
Please note any items received back, contaminated with pet hair, cigarette smoke or other strong smells will be refused a refund and destroyed as these are not in an original or saleable condition.
Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and they will be required to arrange their own shipping. Return shipping is NOT refundable.
Once returns are received and inspected, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Any customs charges incurred from overseas returns will be deducted from your final refund.

In the unlikely event that your items arrive damaged, please retain all packaging & contact me with photos & a description of the damage.
Once this information has been assessed, a return postage label will be emailed to you, which MUST be printed & used within 7 days. If the valid window of the pre-paid returns label is missed, the return postage costs will then be the buyers responsibility.
Any refunds required will be issued once the item has been received and inspected. Little Bun Designs UK reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the goods are not deemed as faulty or have been deliberately or accidentally damaged by the customer.

Overseas parcels (with the exception of bookmarks and cards) are shipped via Royal Mail tracked airmail. You will be issued with your parcels tracking number in your dispatch email.
Bookmarks and cards are shipped via Royal Mail standard airmail. This is an untracked service. If you require tracked airmail for these items, please use the shipping upgrade at the checkout. You will then be issued with a tracking number.
