Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
I accept returns on a case by case basis. I will refund the money once the item is safely returned, buyer pays shipping back. Any item damaged during transit will be exchanged. I do not refund custom orders (since we should be in touch about how you want the item to turn out). I cannot refund items when they do not get to you on time. Depending on the item, it takes 7-10 days (or more) to make. Crochet is a hobby and a side job. My teaching job takes priority. I try my hardest to get your orders out quickly, but things happen. It is up to you to make sure you order in time, at least 10 days before you need it and communicate with me to let me know and I will work as quickly as I can.
Shipping
While I try hard to get orders out as soon as possible, it might be a day or two before your item is shipped. It is my goal to get orders out quickly! Most of my items are made to order and take a few days to complete.
Additional policies and FAQs
I would be more than happy to make a custom item or items for customers! I do custom work on just about anything. Please message me for details. Custom orders will take a little longer to ship that pre-made orders.
