Q. One of my items has broken. Can you replace it?
A. We are happy to replace broken or damaged items within 30 days of purchase. Please send a conversation message and provide an order number and the correct name of the item that needs to be replaced.

Q. I would a different item than the one I purchased. Can I exchange it?
A. We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Q. What is your return/refund policy?
A. We are happy to issue refunds for items that are returned unopened, unused, and in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. You are responsible for all shipping costs for returns. Please send a conversation message and provide an order number to begin the return process.

Q. I thought it was real makeup. Can I return it?
A. Please note that we have gone to great lengths to advertise and make the consumer aware that the products sold are completely fake makeup. Therefore, if you have purchased with the belief that the products are real makeup, refunds will NOT be granted.

Q. Is this real makeup?
A. Our mess-free pretend makeup is completely fake. It is not real makeup and nothing transfers or applies to skin.

Q. What is the makeup made of? Does anything go on their face?
A. Our pretend makeup is completely fake and is made of child friendly material inside of real makeup containers. Nothing transfers or applies to skin.

Q. Can you create a custom order for me?
A. We are not able to offer custom orders at this time. Maintaining a preset product line allows us to ship orders same or next business day.

SHIPPING QUESTIONS

Q. When will my order ship? What carrier do you use?
A. Your order will ship same or next business day via US Postal Service.

Q. Will I receive tracking information?
A. Tracking information will be emailed to you at the time of shipment. Please check you spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

Q. Can you combine shipping? / Can you put my orders into one order?
A. All items in your order are combined and you will receive one charge for shipping.

Q. How long will it take to ship to my location? / Will it arrive by a certain date?
A. We always ship your orders same or next business day. Delivery of the items are the responsibility of the US Postal Service and we cannot guarantee their delivery times.

Q. I entered the wrong shipping address for my order. Can you change it for me?
A. Due to concerns over accuracy, we are unable to make any changes to your order. If your order has not shipped, please cancel it and reorder with the correct information. If your order has shipped, please contact the USPS.

Q. I entered the wrong address and my item has been delivered to the wrong residence. What can you do about this?
A. We will not resend packages that have been delivered to an incorrect address. We mail items directly to the address entered at order placement. We do not edit the shipping address. Please verify that you have entered the correct address upon placing the order. In addition, you will receive an order confirmation email from Etsy indicating the shipping address. Please check the address for accuracy. If your item has been delivered to an incorrect address, please contact the residents at the delivery address.

Q. How much is shipping to my location?
A. To see the cost of shipping to your location, please add the items to your cart. The shipping cost will be calculated and can be viewed before check out.

Q. I tracked my order and it hasn’t moved in days. Can you tell me what is going on?
A. Once your item has shipped, please contact the US Postal Service for any information and updates on your package. We do not have any additional tracking information and we see the same tracking updates as you. You must contact the USPS for additional information.

Q. I paid for expedited shipping and my order did not make it within the time quoted. Can you please refund my shipping cost?
A. All shipping fees are paid directly to the US Postal Service, and delivery is the responsibility of the USPS. The transit times are supplied by the USPS and are estimates, these are not guaranteed. Please contact the USPS for any shipping or delivery issues.

Q. The post office lost my order. / I never received my package. Will you replace it?
A. We are not responsible for lost packages of any kind, domestic or international. Delivery of your package is the responsibility of the US Postal Service. You must contact the Post Office with your tracking number to file a claim if you have not received your package, so they can investigate. If your tracking information does not indicate a delivery confirmation after 14 business days, please contact us with your claim number and we will process a replacement.

Q. My item has been confirmed delivered by USPS tracking, but I never received it.
A. Please verify that you entered the correct shipping address for your order. Please check around your mailbox, check with your neighbors, and check with other individuals that retrieve the mail for your home. If you are still unable to locate it, please contact the USPS for any delivery issues. We will not replace any item that has been confirmed delivered.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING QUESTIONS
Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive in my country?
A. Most international orders arrive within 1- 3 weeks, however we cannot guarantee international shipping times.

Q. I have to pay a fee to pick up my parcel from the post office. What can you do about this?
A. The fee your country imposes is separate and unrelated to the postage fees, which cover the cost of shipping the goods from the US to your country. We are not responsible and have no control over taxes and fees imposed by countries around the world. The following disclaimer is included in all item listings as well as under Shipping Policies:

UK and International customers: Your country may charge additional customs fees or taxes. International customers are responsible for any and all additional fees.
