This hat was ordered for my grandson. It is exactly what I had in mind and he looks adorable wearing it. The delivery turn around time couldn't have been more prompt!!! Overall, a great buying experience.

Payment
I accept payments through PayPal only. Payments are due at time of purchase. All prices are shown in USD and do not include shipping.
Shipping
All orders are shipped USPS First Class mail with a tracking number. If you need a purchased rushed please contact me first to try and make arrangements. Most items are made to order so please allow up to 7-14 business days for your order to ship. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received.

**Please Note**
Little Crumb Designs is not reliable for lost mail due to postal error. If your package has been shipped and you do not receive it within 2 weeks please contact me and I will do what I can to help resolve the issue.

*Holiday Shipping*
During the holiday season I will ship orders ASAP...however if you do not receive your package in time, I cannot be held responsible for postal error or tardiness.

Customer service and satisfaction are very important to me and I will be happy to help you in any way I can, but the postal system has its flaws and I cannot be held responsible for that. I recommend if you want an order in time for a holiday you must order it at least 4 weeks in advance to be safe.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will replace or exchange any damaged merchandise as quickly as possible granted that you contact me through etsy.com within 24 hours of receiving your item that is damaged. NO EXCEPTIONS. I will accept returns of unused items within 7 days of delivery. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
