4 out of 5 starsMy item got lost in shipment and took two weeks to deliver, then it was the wrong onesie. The shop owner said she would make me the correct one and ship out at no cost to me, and she did. I received it a week later. All in all it took 3 weeks to get the correct onesie. I was hoping to tell my husband we were expecting with this Daddy’s favorite Aggie onesie, but the length of time made it impossible.

Due to the nature of the product, custom/personalized items may not be returned unless there is an error on my part in which case you should message me within 3 days of the confirmed order delivery date.
Most listings contain garment size dimensions; please contact us concerning sizing before purchase as sizing issues are not a factor for a refund. If you are not happy with your product, please contact me so that we can work something out.
Shipping
Please allow up to two weeks for your order to ship as orders are made to order. My standard shipping method is USPS First Class. If you wish to upgrade your shipping, please let me know at the time of check out and I can ship Priority, Express 2 day, or UPS at an additional cost. We are not liable for lots packages caused by USPS.
