    * RETURNS: If you decide to return your order you will agree with our restocking fee of 30% which will be deducted from your refund.

    * Order Cancellation: Should you decide to cancel your completed order please contact us within 12 hours of purchase otherwise there is a relisting fee of 10% which will be deducted from your refund.

    * Most of our items are (made to order) items, therefore if the buyer decides to return an order, Buyer agrees to pay 30% restocking fee.

    * Order Cancellation/Returns: Should you decide to cancel your order, there is a restocking fee of 30% which will be deducted from your refund.

    * All shipments travel at the risk and expense of the buyer. Our responsibility ends upon drop off to the carrier.
    *International buyers are responsible for all and any customs charges and fees according to their country import laws.


    *If a package comes back unclaimed/unopened because of an incorrect address provided by the customer or to avoid customs fees or taxes; the customer will pay for reshipping or I will refund the purchase price minus 30% restocking fee.

    * We are not responsible for the shipping delays beyond our control.

    * Little Divine LLC assume no responsibility for loss or damage during transportation. However, we do understand that there might be special exceptions. We will pay careful attention to the circumstances and make decisions based on the facts received.



    * Little Divine LLC is not responsible for the replacement and refund.



    * Claims for damage in transit should be made to the carrier. Save all packing materials and contents for inspection by a carrier representative.


    * Mailing address. We're not responsible for errors in mailing address or delivery instructions. We use Paypal system to print labels and ship to exactly the address you provided on your paypal account at the time of your order.

    After the item is completed as you requested, one simple adjustment can be made; If "changes" are needed, there will be a rework fee depending on what needs to be changed the fees will vary from $15. - $35.
