What happens if my package gets lost in the mail?
We do our best to package every item safely and ship on time. Once the bo leaves our studio it's out of our control what can happen to it. If your tracking information shows delivered but you didn't receive the package we suggest you to contact USPS to trace your package. We do not offer refunds for lost packages as it's out of our control. However, if you truly didn't receive your package we are happy to offer a 50% OFF coupon for you to reorder a second pair.
What shipping option do I choose for a upcoming trip ?
It all depends on the dates and what state you're ordering from.
If your trip is within 3-5 days of placing the order, we recommend you adding RUSH and EXPRESS shipping at check out.
If your trip is within 5-8 days of placing the order, we recommend you adding RUSH and PRIORITY
shipping at check out.
If your trip is within 8-12 days of placing the order, we recommend you adding RUSH and FIRST CLASS shipping at check out.
