Care for resin by avoiding prolonged exposure to sun and water. Know that resin is heat resistant but not heatproof.

Avoid putting paper-backed cabochons and music jewelry in water, as they have authentic sheet music/ paper inside. Please note that these items are all handmade, and may include small imperfections like tiny bubbles in resin and very slight deviations in wire wraps. Handle glass gem trinkets with care.

If there is a problem with your order, I am not responsible for refunds involving damaged items past 7 days of receiving the item, as this makes it likely that the problem is due to customer error. If there is any problem whatsoever with your order, you MUST contact me within 7 days of receiving it. Otherwise, I cannot accept your request

If your item was damaged upon arrival, you don't like it, or it breaks shortly after receiving it, (within 7 days) send me a picture of the problem, I will assess it,and send another or offer a refund. Refunds and resends will not occur without proper photographic evidence, within 7 days or less .

I do not accept returns based on slight variations due to handmade products.

Due to our customers leaving candles in the candleholders unattended, we now only recommend that you use battery-powered tea lights. If you use real candles instead, we are not responsible for any fire or wax damages to you or your property

My resin knives are dull. They are only meant to be used as decoration, or on an altar for cutting spiritual energy, not physical items. If you try and use it for self-defense or other purposes, I am not responsible for such damages. This is a purely decorative knife.

Jewelry items are intended for those 12 and up. My jewelry items are not edible. If a piece of jewelry is given to a young child or ingested, I am not responsible for the damages.

Warning! Some people are allergic or sensitive to epoxy resin. If you have a reaction to the cured resin, I am not responsible for the problems that ensue. I use two kinds of resin, both are UV resistant. The crystals are not heat resistant.
Do not stub out hot cigarettes or other items into the candle trays.
Do not put resin in areas where there are aquatic animals.
Also, please know that while we do our best to sand sharp edges, resin products can still contain small yet sharp edges that can scratch you, especially crystal items and the bottoms of trays. Handle all resin items with care.
If you attempt to extract or consume any part of my products, I am not responsible for potential bodily harm.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We have no control over VAT or customs in your country.

Choose the shipping option that is recommended for your country/item. Ex, jewelry may not be shipped to many countries, unless it is through ensured mail. I will mark all jewelry as fashion accessory to prevent theft

All items shipped internationally including tracking; the tracking number will be attached to your order once it has been shipped from our shop. Please keep in mind that international shipping can take 20 business days or longer, depending on your location.

Change requests are not guaranteed to be applied

We jump right to production once we receive your order. If the customer service rep sees your change request after your order has already been made, there is no way for us to reverse it. We will do our absolute best to help, but change requests cannot be guaranteed and we are not responsible for any incorrect information on the original order summary. Please be sure to look through your order (including your shipping address and personalization request) thoroughly before submitting!

If your tracking number shows that the package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact your local carrier. If the package still cannot be located you will have to create a investigation case with the carrier.
