LittleEloquence's Shop Policies
Payment is due within 3 days of purchase. I reserve the right to cancel a transaction after three days if I do not receive your payment in that time. I only accept Paypal at this time. Please make sure your Etsy shipping address matches your Paypal shipping address. Different addresses may cause your item to get to you much later than you desired.
I am more than happy to ship to a different address if your purchase is a gift. Make sure to include that bit of information in the "message to seller" box at the checkout.
Your item will be shipped within two days of payment if purchased Monday through Thursday. If purchased and paid for Friday through Sunday, it will be shipped by Tuesday. If purchased and paid for close to a holiday date, please make allowance for adjusted shipping times due to post office closure, etc.
Currently, I only offer shipping to Canada and the USA.
Shipping within the United States is through USPS at the First Class rate with Delivery Confirmation.
Shipping to Canada is through USPS at the First Class rate but does not include Delivery Confirmation and can take up to 12 days to arrive.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you find yourself unhappy with your purchase, please email me at LittleEloquence [at] yahoo [dot] com, or send me a convo within 7 days of receiving your purchase expressing your concerns.
Please make sure to read all descriptions and measurements carefully and look at all the pictures before purchasing. I will not make refunds due to buyer error.
Refunds, minus shipping, will only be given for items that are unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. I will need to receive the piece of jewelry before I can make a refund.
If it is determined that the damage was due to shipping, I will be happy to repair it at no additional cost.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Replacement and repair: If you lose an earring or damage your jewelry, I will be happy to repair it for the same price that you paid for the original. For lost earrings, I can recreate a piece only as long as I have the materials to do so. Sometimes a piece is one-of-a-kind and I will not be able to reproduce it.
