Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders
I do consider custom and personalized orders on an individual basis. Please know that handmade items take time to make. So I am unable to accommodate rush or rapid orders. For custom and personalized orders, there is a minimum four week production time, so please plan in advance! I do not do large custom commission orders or sets of more than four.
Care instructions
All of the pieces featured in my shop are dishwasher and microwave safe. Unless otherwise noted in the listing, all pieces are food and microwave safe. I use standard brand glazes, all are lead free!
Gift wrapping and packaging
I do offer gift wrapping for an additional charge. Please inquire for more information if you are interested!
International shipping
I can ship internationally. Sometimes an estimated shipping cost ends up being more or less than the actual shipping cost. Please note that shipping times have been exceedingly long lately, and I have no control over how quick it gets there. Even paying for expedited shipping doesn’t guarantee a quick delivery.
Shipping Cost Calculator
I always try to overestimate my shipping costs for each piece to avoid shipping overages. I will refund the difference if the shipping charge ends up being less than what a customer pays. I try to be as fair as possible, and know that every dollar counts!
Item Dimensions
I don't always list the item dimensions only because I am always in a rush to get pieces photographed and listed. Measuring and weighing each piece takes time that I don't always have a lot of. I am always happy to give dimensions, though. So don't hesitate to ask! I always weigh each piece accurately and account for the appropriate size box for shipping calculations.
