Payment
Payments are expected within 3 days of your order. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours. We will not start on your product until payment has been received.
Shipping
Please see listing description for the anticipated production time frame for your item. At times, we may be running behind due to high order volume but in those instances, we will post any delays in our shop announcements. We work hard to ship things out in a timely manner. If you need something quickly, please convo us to see if we are able to accomodate. We are also happy to provide expedited shipping for an addtional charge.
Refunds and Exchanges
Since our items offered here are custom made as ordered, we do not accept returns on those items. If for some reason, your item is defective we will offer an exchange.
