Thank you for visiting Little Hearts Home, where we're pleased to showcase our unique product lineup. With a wide assortment of customized items, you're sure to find the perfect gift or product. Whatever item you select, we'll stitch it with love for that special little someone. Choose from a variety of prints and patterns.
We accept payment by Paypal or credit card. If you already have a Paypal account, you can make a quick and easy payment upon checkout. If you prefer to pay by credit card, you can do that also through Paypal as they accept all major credit cards. You do not need to sign up for a Paypal account to pay by credit card.
Payment must be submitted within 3 days or the sale will be cancelled and the item re-listed
Please allow 1-3 days for your item to be shipped. Most items are shipped Priority Mail or First Class Mail via the US Postal Service.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return it for a full refund MINUS shipping costs. The following criteria must be met in order for you to receive your refund:
- You must contact us to request a refund within 3 days of receipt of order.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Item must be returned within two weeks from the date you received it.
- Item must be returned in the same absolutely new and unused condition you received it.
Although we inspect each item before it is shipped, mistakes can happen. If you receive an incorrect item or if merchandise is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. If the mistake is on our part, we will refund the purchase price including the original shipping costs, providing the items are returned according to the criteria listed above.
