1. Mijn winkel is gebaseerd op het vers uit Jozua: "Wat mij en mijn huis betreft, wij zullen de Heer dienen" en ik gebruik dat vers op kaarten en boekenleggers.
2. Ik lees en herlees allerlei soorten historische fictie, maar natuurlijk allemaal Jane Austen. Ik hou ook van "To Kill a Mockingbird" - ik heb het elk jaar gelezen sinds mijn leesopdracht in groep 8, toen ik voor het eerst door Scout werd aangetrokken.
3. Ik hou van reizen en het Engelse platteland is mijn favoriet (gevolgd door eigenlijk heel Italië!) Het maakt me ook buitengewoon blij om historische markeringen te lezen in een architectonisch bewaard gebleven stad zoals Charleston of Philadelphia.
4. Ik ben dol op oude hymnen.
5. Ik ben afgestudeerd aan de Universiteit van Alabama. (Roll Tide!) Mijn diploma was in interieurontwerp, en mijn sterkste punt was architecturale weergaven. Ik hou van huizen! Alle huizen, huisjes, keukens, tuinen en gezellige interieurs!
6. Mijn doel is om op een dag mijn kinderboek af te maken en te publiceren.

1. My shop is based on the verse from Joshua: "As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord" and I use that verse on cards and bookmarks.
2. I read, and re-read historical fiction of all kinds, but of course all Jane Austen. I also love "To Kill a Mockingbird" - I have read it every year since my 8th grade reading assignment when I was first drawn in by Scout.
3. I love traveling and the English countryside is my favorite (followed by basically all of Italy!) It also makes me beyond happy to read historical markers in an architecturally preserved city such as Charleston or Philadelphia.
4. I adore old hymns.
5. I am a graduate of The University of Alabama. (Roll Tide!) My degree was in Interior Design, and my forte' was architectural renderings. I love houses! All houses, cottages, kitchens, gardens and cozy interiors!
6. My goal is to one day, finish and have published my Children's Book.
