I ordered these in a custom quantity and the seller was great to work with. I purchased these for my wedding, and while I think they are overpriced for paper straws, this is the only place I found gold ones. Quality product.

Orders are generally shipped within one week however once mailed, I cannot guarantee shipping times for international shipments.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. While we take great care in the delivery package, Little Ink does not except responsibility for loss OR damage during the post.

New Zealand shipments are made through NZ POST and generally take 2-4 working days. Worldwide shipments are made through NZ POST - International Air and generally take 5-10 working days.
Refunds and Exchanges
It is important to me that you are completely happy with your purchase. If you feel the product you have received is not what you were expecting, I am happy to issue an exchange (shipping costs to be paid by the buyer). If there has been an error on the part of the seller and the product has been grossly misrepresented on Etsy, I will happily issue a refund upon return of the product.
